Grundfos Recognized as a 2025 Great Place To Work

Grundfos USA, in Brookshire, was recognized as a 2025 Great Place To Work®-certified company and ranked #43 on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production™.

The achievements were based on employee feedback and a commitment to a positive and empowering workplace culture. The recognition for the U.S. division highlights the company's dedication to sustainability, innovation, and people-first values, with a significant portion of employees confirming it is a great place to work.

On September 24, 2025, Grundfos USA celebrated the achievement with their partners including the City of Brookshire.  Ansell Sims, Grundfos USA President, introduced and asked Mayor Robert Richards to provide a few words. Afterwards, Dr. Ramiro Bautista, City Project Manager was introduced.

The Brookshire Economic Development Corporation has played a good part in this role going back as far as 2018. We look forward to continue helping Grundfos grow in business as well as continuing the wonderful partnership.  During the event, everyone also enjoyed the music by the Royal ISD Jazz Band.
