Update on Steam Realty project Empire West

Stream Realty has initiated construction on its 300-acre mixed use business park located in Brookshire, Texas.  The first project underway is a 1 million square feet speculative building.  Transportation improvements along I-10 will further enhance the viability of this West Houston community.
