Welcome New EDC Board Members

During October 2^nd EDC meeting, three new board members were sworn in.  Mr. Nathaniel Richardson, place 4 and Mr. Rodney Blouin place 5 was sworn in by the City Secretary, Lakethia Connor.  Ms. Amber Allison, place 2 was sworn in by the Honorable Michelle Moore.
